Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed or fulfilled.
Returns & Exchanges

Request within 30 days of delivery at contact@shop-arca.com (include your order number).

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.

Refunds are issued as store credit only; shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers cover return shipping fees.

Processing time: 5–7 business days after we receive your return.

EU returns are not accepted at this time.
Damages or Wrong Items

Final Sale

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages

Report missing packages within 14 days of carrier delivery confirmation.

Once marked “delivered” by the carrier, Arca is not responsible. Please file claims directly with the carrier.
