Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Please note that courier tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For all international orders, including those shipped to the United States, customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees determined by local customs authorities. These charges are collected by the destination country or shipping carrier and are not included in the product or shipping price.
If you refuse or reject delivery, shipping costs will not be refunded. In addition, your order will be subject to a restocking fee once returned.
