We ship worldwide from our studio in Vancouver, BC, Canada. Below you’ll find details on processing times, delivery windows, shipping rates, and customs information.
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Please note that courier tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear.

Delivery: 4–10 business days
Free Shipping: Orders over $100 CAD
United States
Delivery: 6–15 business days (Hawaii & Guam up to 30 days)
Free Shipping: Orders over $100 USD
Customs & Duties: Due to recent changes in U.S. import rules, all Canadian shipments now require duties to be prepaid before entering the U.S. We work with carriers to handle these fees up front so you won’t be charged unexpectedly on delivery.
